YOUTH ENGAGEMENT AND CAPACITY BUILDING
Sierra Hub engages and builds the capacity of youths that are creative in nature and innovatively minded. These youths are being mobilized to showcase and share their innovative ideas under the umbrella of the various hubs established by Sierra Hub. These hubs go in search of local community innovators that are youths, to uncover their true potential and make them drivers of change in their communities and beyond. In Sierra Leone, most of these youths that have innovative skills are completely unnoticed. Sierra Hub has pledged to capacitate these youths, make communities acknowledge them and their voices hard. Sierra Hub helps to train some of these youth some more other relevant skills that will make them recognized and considered in critical decision makings of their society. Sierra Hub reduces youth unemployment by unearthing their skills and fullest potentials. Sierra Hub makes these youths to accept, love and have passion for what they know and do best. This is our passion, Sierra Hub. Youth exploitation is one such abuse that Sierra Hub vehemently frowned at. Anything that has got to with degrading the dignity of the youths, ending them useless is prohibiting to us Sierra Hub.
